If Mistral AI is among the top 3 distinct AI companies identified from OpenRouter's Leaderboard "Top models today" section at 10:00 AM ET on Sep 12, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. This event resolves to the top 3 distinct AI companies, determined from OpenRouter's Leaderboard "Top models today" section, which ranks models by tokens processed over the most recent complete day. At 10:00 AM ET on Sep 12, 2026, Kalshi will read the recorded rankings starting at rank 1, counting each company only at its first appearance and continuing down the list until three distinct companies are identified. A company qualifies if it is one of those three. Trading closes at 11:59 PM ET on Sep 11, 2026. Tied rankings shall be resolved using the publisher's official tie-breaking methodology; if none exists, all tied entities share the highest rank among them. If multiple candidates are tied for a given rank, then their Contracts will resolve to $1/(the number of candidates tied), rounded down.
